Registration for the Orientation Sessions - Faculty of Arts and Humanities

Online Orientation Sessions: Regardless of your date of arrival or registration meeting with the central Rectorate office, participation in this online orientation session in your language of choice is mandatory (links will be sent the day before):

English:

• 8th September 2025 (online)
• Time: 10.00 am to 12.00 pm (10h00-12h00)

Portuguese:

• 9th September 2025 (online)
• Time: 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm (14h30-16h30)

In-person Orientation Sessions: These orientations are intended for all exchange students to meet the international team personally and clarify any questions, also as a follow-up to the online orientation sessions. All exchange students should attend:

English: 

• Date: 17^th September 2025 
• Place: Main Conference Hall, Ground Floor
• Time: 10.00 am (10h00)

Portuguese: 

• Date: 18^th September 2025 
• Place: Main Conference Hall, Ground Floor
• Time: 10.00 am (10h00)

Final Follow-up Orientation: Primarily intended for late arrivals, but all students are welcome to participate, regardless of having participated in any of the previous sessions:

• Date: 25^th September 2025
• Place: Main Conference Hall, Ground Floor
• English: 10.00 am to 11.30 am (10h00-11h30)
• Portuguese: 11.30 am to 01.00 pm (11h30-13h00)
