Registration for the Orientation Sessions - Faculty of Arts and Humanities

Online Orientation Sessions: Regardless of your date of arrival or registration meeting with the central Rectorate office, participation in this online orientation session in your language of choice is mandatory (links will be sent the day before):

English:

• 8th September 2026 (online)
• Time: 10.30 am 

Portuguese:

• 8th September 2026 (online)
• Time: 15.00 pm 

In-person Orientation Sessions: These sessions are intended for all exchange students to meet the international team in person and clarify any questions, and also serve as a follow-up to the online orientation sessions. All exchange students should attend:

English: 

• Date: 16^th September 2026 
• Place: Main Conference Hall, Ground Floor
• Time: 10.00 am 

Portuguese: 

• Date: 16^th September 2026 
• Place: Main Conference Hall, Ground Floor
• Time: 15.00 pm 

Final Follow-up Orientation: Intended for late arrivals and to clarify final questions regarding enrolment, learning agreements, etc., thus all students are welcome to participate, regardless of having participated in any of the previous sessions:

• Date: 29^th September 2026
• Place: Main Conference Hall, Ground Floor
• English: 10.00 to 11.30 am 
• Portuguese: 11.30 am to 13.00 pm
